RYAN ABRAMS, ESQ (of counsel)
Mr. Abrams possesses a diverse background in both transactional and litigation law. He has achieved litigation successes in state and federal courts, including jury trials, and managed complex transactions such as a $3.2 million real estate deal and significant construction contracts. His expertise in contracts positions him well for handling business transactions and litigation involving contractual disputes.
He has received media attention for his client advocacy, with features on WSVN/Channel 7 and Sun-Sentinel.
With a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and extensive experience representing local governments, Mr. Abrams is a skilled advocate in real estate development. He ensures projects align with local zoning and land use regulations. His expertise covers a range of land use and zoning issues, including rezoning, land use amendments, platting, special exceptions/conditional use, variances, site plan approvals, certificates of use, and associated litigation and appeals.
